James Paterson

Carrie Baker

Carrie has worked in Client Support/Sales/Account Management for near 15 years, gaining invaluable interpersonal skills, proficient IT skills and multi-system adaptability.

Carrie’s role at CSS Cloud involves supporting the Account Management team with all administration: maintaining efficient in-house practices, best practice data management and general tidy housekeeping of all internal systems. New to the role, Carrie has found her transition from full-time home working to hybrid office based a welcome change; based in our Great Yarmouth office she loves the vibrancy and buzzy atmosphere here!

Carrie’s life away from the office includes entertaining as a mobile DJ and children’s entertainer, dog walking, reading, gardening, and meditating.

Ross Downing

With a varied career background including retail, factory work and office work, Ross settled into a career in IT, having previously studied IT at college.

He is an invaluable member of the team and is our main presence on site for our customers, fitting networking equipment, installing new PC’s and troubleshooting faults.

A Canaries and F1 fan, Ross spends much of his spare time with his wife and 2 sons, and when he gets the opportunity to relax, you’ll find him gaming.

Luke Baker

Luke has recently joined CSSCloud and is working on the service desk as a 2nd line engineer, having previously worked in education for over 8 years, he is always looking for a new challenge. In his spare time, Luke enjoys spending time with his son, playing guitar and performing in bands around the local area.

Christine Davey

Christine's career with CSSCloud has spanned 25 years.

Her role as Office Manager is very varied which is never boring and always exciting, and she enjoys directly supporting our Finance Director with finance administration.

Christine keeps herself busy with many pursuits including theatre trips, baking, spending time with her family and going on pub walks with her spaniel Alfie.

Daniel Perrin

Daniel began his career with CSSCloud as an apprentice in 2018.

He always displays a positive and willing attitude on our Service Desk and is our go-to-guy for phone system queries.

You could say he has a crippling addiction to cars. Daniel owns 3 VW vehicles and regularly attends car shows across the region.

Stephen Kemp

Stephen started working for CSSCloud in 2021 as part of the 3rd line engineer team.

He has worked in the industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge around servers and computer networks.

During his downtime Stephen enjoys playing golf and spending time with his sprocker spaniel, Barney.

Alex Rosedale

Alex has recently joined CSSCloud and is working on the service desk as a 2nd line engineer.

Starting out as a junior software developer, he has years of experience working in the IT sector and is always looking for a new challenge. Having previously worked in a range of office based sales roles, he is familiar with a range of different office IT installations.

In his spare time, Alex is a bass guitar player and performs in local bands within the area. He enjoys music, gaming and long dog walks with his partner.

Josh Tierney

Josh works as a 3rd line engineer, after originally starting with CSSCloud as an apprentice in 2018.

Josh has lived in both South Africa and the UK at various times in his life.

He is now settled in Hethersett with his wife and 2 cats. Josh is a keen gym goer and has a talent for digital drawing.

Jarred Mace

Jarred joined the CSSCloud team at the beginning of 2022, looking for a new challenge and learning opportunity with an apprenticeship within the IT industry.

In his free time, Jarred enjoys gaming and building custom keyboards.

Daniel Brown

Danny has been working at CSSCloud since mid 2021.

He's been enjoying PC gaming for years and thinks he's found the perfect job. Danny loves to travel with his partner at every opportunity.

Alex Hind

Alex has over 10 years’ experience working within the IT industry for managed service providers and multi-national companies.

He currently puts his expertise to use on the service desk, providing support and resolving a vast array of IT issues for our customers.

Alex is a busy dad of 2 and spends all his spare time keeping them occupied.

Glenn Woollard

Essex born Glenn showed an interest in computers from an early age, owning his first Windows PC aged 10. It was only natural that he pursued a career in IT, starting with a part time networking role whilst still at school.

Glenn oversees and implements large technical projects, resolves complex network issues, and drives technological improvements for CSSCloud.

As a busy dad and someone who enjoys learning new things, it’s a good job he’s an early riser.

Simon Woodhall

Simon has worked in the IT industry for 22 years and has a keen interest in using technology creatively to improve business efficiency and security.

Simon's role at CSSCloud involves leading the IT Solutions Expert team and evaluating new technologies to be added to our portfolio.

James Paterson

James has worked in IT for over 25 years and during that time he has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in IT and Communication solutions.

He provides board and senior management level strategic advice to numerous organisations throughout East Anglia and particularly enjoys seeing how properly implemented IT can transform a business to make it more efficient and competitive.

Outside of work, James lives in sunny Hemsby with his family which includes 2 very young children, neither of which enjoy sleeping very much.

James is a keen Elvis Presley fan and has over 5000 Elvis Presley tracks, DVD's, books and records, however when it comes to Karaoke, he prefers to badly imitate Tom Jones!
