We are incredibly pleased to announce that Microsoft have today confirmed our status as a Gold partner.
Microsoft has an extremely strict policy when assessing their partner’s technical competency. Gold is the highest certification available and only 1% of partners reach this level.
To achieve Gold, a number of our engineers have had to pass extremely rigorous technical exams and assesments. We have also had to supply customer references to prove that we provide a high standard of service delivery and satisfaction.
What does this mean for your business?
Alongside officially recognising our technical ability and knowledge of Microsoft solutions, we also now have direct access to advanced support within Microsoft. So whilst we rarely need to consult with Microsoft support due to our own high standard of competency, when we do, we have access to the highest level of support and advice. This means faster response times and quicker resolution.
As a Gold partner, we will also benefit from additional training, tools and utilities and therefore greater knowledge of Microsoft business solutions.
