CSSCloud is dedicated to providing expert technology solutions and support, backed up with customer service excellence, to over 350 Norfolk and Suffolk organisations.

Since our conception back in 1989, we have grown and developed into the most trusted technology provider in the region. With over 120 years’ commercial IT experience within our senior management team and employing more expert IT professionals than ever before, we use the latest knowledge, skills and best practices to keep our customers safe, secure and benefiting from technology at all times

All our clients work with a dedicated account manager to help develop an IT strategy for the next three to five years, based on business objectives and the best way to achieve them, with recommendations for the best technologies to reach goals.

We pride ourselves on maintaining customer retention rates of 99%. Often, customer retention can be overlooked when focusing on growth. This is not the case at CSSCloud as our desire to achieve positive outcomes at every opportunity and deliver a great service to both existing and new customers is evident everyday.

All our team members benefit from technical solutions training from our solution partners such as Microsoft and HP, amongst others. Many of our colleagues have certified status in these products and this is a goal for all our employees to reach. 

As a company we are pleased to be recognised as a Watchguard Gold partner and a certified Cyber Essentials Plus organisation. In 2020 we were recognised as a Future50 company and also received a Silver certification in the Norfolk Carbon Charter.

As part of our ongoing effort to deliver the highest level of quality management and service levels to our customers, we undertook a rigorous and lengthy assessment and were officially awarded the ISO 9001 certification.

We have also continued to grow our physical presence and opened a second office in the heart of Norwich, within the Union Building.  This allows us to service existing and new customers more effectively and has also opened up new opportunities for us.
