We are pleased to announce that we have now completed the final part of our structural rationalisation following our merger and have moved the Service and Repair centre from our Oulton Broad shop and combined it with our new custom-built offices at Nimbus House.

This has brought all our technical staff under one roof, likewise all our stock and spares, and has streamlined repairs which may need input from more than one department.

What is changing?

We have built an additional large workshop here at Nimbus to compliment our already impressively equipped facility, increasing our overall service capacity by over 100%

We have transferred the engineering staff from Oulton Broad to our Nimbus House facility, so we have more resource and continuity in our repairs process.
We have opted to stop undertaking Retail sales and repairs and concentrate on our Business to Business.

How does this affect you?

The only real change is that you will no longer be able to drop in to our Oulton Broad facility to take devices in for repair or servicing.

That being said, if you are a support customer in Lowestoft or the surrounding area and our Support Helpdesk identify that you have a device that needs to come to our workshop and you are unable to get it to us, we will arrange to collect it from you.
Since we are removing the overhead of transferring equipment between offices, turnaround times should now be reduced.

We can of course accept repairs here at Nimbus House in Great Yarmouth, and we would welcome the opportunity to show you around our impressive facility.
